Which mobile networks in Kenya does the Paradox SMS API deliver to?

Our SMS API delivers to subscribers on Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom in Kenya, with routing to other African networks for regional deployments. Intelligent failover routing keeps OTPs and transaction alerts moving when a route degrades.

Can I send OTP and two-factor authentication codes through the API?

Yes. The SMS gateway is built for real-time OTP, 2FA and transaction alerts. Messages are sent through a secure REST API with bearer token authentication, and delivery reports are pushed back to your system through webhooks.

Do you offer alphanumeric sender IDs and short codes in Kenya?

Yes. We provision branded alphanumeric sender IDs, dedicated and shared short codes, and long codes (virtual numbers) for two-way messaging. Our team handles the sender ID and short code application process with the mobile networks on your behalf.
