Messaging API Questions
Which channels does the Paradox API support?
One REST API covers SMS, WhatsApp Business, USSD and voice, so you integrate once instead of separately with each mobile network or channel provider.
How does API authentication work?
Requests use bearer token authentication over HTTPS, and webhook callbacks are signed with SHA256 so your system can verify they came from Paradox.
Is there a sandbox for testing?
Yes. Separate sandbox and production environments let you test sending, callbacks and error handling before going live.

Does the API fall back between channels automatically?
Yes. Multi-channel routing can fall back from WhatsApp to SMS to voice when a message is not delivered, with every attempt reported through delivery callbacks.
